No more blue smoke.

So last year I managed to get all of my windows tinted for the Camaro. Man that really made it look cool and got some compliments from strangers saying it looks cool. It was well worth it.

This year, I finally got the valve stem seals replaced. And now whenever it starts no blue smoke comes out of tail pipe. Not right after this was done, an exhaust leak has appeared. I verified by hearing the valve cover through a screwdriver that there is no loose rocker arms, also dont hear when driving, plus car doesnt feel lack of power.

I did purchase Hooker Headers and Hooker Y Pipe specific for my year of Camaro and I have recently purchased a Magnaflow Muffler. I am betting on that she will pretty good. I am going to be taking the car to a shop to install the rest of the system with those pieces.

My decision on installing the cutout I acquired has changed ever since I heard the bad exhaust that exists right now. Its just too obnoxious.

Updates with some reborn

Well I managed to fix the T-Top Weatherstip seals so no water gets inside car. What helped complete this was a planned meeting drive the car down to Edmonton to show off and cruise around with buddies.

Surprising thing was the little amount of fuel it burned going down to Edmonton probably around the same amount before with the Rochester carb and 3.23 rear gears. Which now has 3.73 Gears and Edelbrock 650cfm.

The other things had to before going to Edmonton was tighten the steering wheel which made better control of driving. It was actually scary loose. Also had installed a new battery gauge which the original one stopped reading. Not knowing if the battery is charging or problem with the alternator is kind of important anytime.

Now that I have the Camaro in my apartments parking lot, it makes alot easier to motivate to hope and drive. Before was parked inside a garage far away so made it seem a chore and have plan things out more.

I have been enjoying and driving the Z alot more, in fact more than in the last 7 years.

Shifting is certainly alot better now since I removed the stupid floormat that keeps moving ahead, getting in between the pedal and the floor. Also shifting manual in general is alot better when going up and down gears.

Looking forward to make more improvements as time is go on.

-UMI PERFORMANCE 82-2002 CAMARO/FIREBIRD LOWER CONTROL ARM RELOCATION BRACKETS BOLT IN

Red Dead 2 and other stuff

I have been playing some Red Dead 2 lately and has been very good. The story is pretty telling of the times in the old times dealing with issues of the time in the real world back then but in a ficticous world.I am definitely taking my time with the main story as this game has alot to explore since its open world much like the first instalment.

I do not think that I have mentioned that the original engine in the Z28 does smoke blue when she first starts up. I have heard from some people that the engine would need the Head valves replaced or cleaned. I am going to see if that is a viable fix that can be done without a signficant amount of down time during summer and money to put down for this. Other than that engine is pretty solid for being stock internals so far in its life.

RDR 2 and other games.

I did end up purchasing the Ultimate edition of RDR 2, which I am pretty sure it will be worth the extra content for the game. This game is so great to play it's better in every way. The horse ridding, gun fights, and even included fist fights, story is pretty captivating. It's made by Rockstar Games so.

I also bought Forza Horizon 4 which is pretty great. This time I think they got it right. It's seems way more refined identity of what the game is about. The car I am really diggin' is Porsche Cayman GT4. Man it's a sweet car.

I did mention previously that I managed to fix my PS2. And do have some games I want to complete. I think some of these I will have to restart.

Jak 3, Devil May Cry 3, Ratchet and Clak:Up your Arsenal, XIII, FFX.

There are games from other consoles too that I want to complete as well.

X360: Prince of Persia, Dishonored, Portal 2, Borderlands, Half Life 2.

PS3: ICO, Shadow of the Colassus, Okami, Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time.
