Car is back.

Well I have finally got it out of storage after in being in storage for so long. I have replaced the Carb for Edlebrock 650CFM last year. I did not have anytime in 2014 because of my new job I started and could not commit to it. Although this year is still tough and had to put aside some stuff. 

The car runs better with this carb that is on it. And mechanically its doing good. I still have to make sure it is worthy of taking it on long trips and since I have done so much to it in the last while with differential and clutch stuff.

I still do have interior stuff that needs to be addressed like Headliner, T-Tops weatherstripping(leaks), seatbelt receivers.

With an older vehicle its always a work in progress.

I was quite surprised the results of watching this video of which car would be chosen as their winner. The 2014 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. http://youtu.be/vg1fY1fVYNk . It is really too bad that Chevrolet will not produce very many of these cars because more people can enjoy this great car that looks a great and performs.

A Gaming Asus laptop

I have recently acquired an Asus Gaming Laptop from work that someone didn't want repaired. It was the DC in jack that is soldered to the mainboard. The cost of the main board is $520 from eBay. So they just bought a new machine and grabbed the hard drives out of it. To fix this main board I bought a DC in jack from eBay for 20 bucks and hopefully get one of my fellow techs to solder the new one on. I am not very experienced with soldering (none actually). I should practice though.
I am getting excited to have this laptop running because its a pretty nice machine.
